Then you’re going to take your ring finger place it on the 3rd fret on the B string to reduce the octave D.
Then you’re going to take your index finger and put it on the 2nd fret on the E string to produce an F sharp.
Now make sure that you don’t play the first two strings on the guitar. Make sure you make sure that your D is the base and the root note of your chord. So it should sound just like this.
