Hello my name is Head Gc and I play bass for Bank of Band. In this video, I am going to show you some good right hand technique.
Okay the first thing I want to show you is the right hand technique that is good to know when you are skipping strings and stuff like that. Okay this is the melody that we will be playing. This is how you should practice this with your right hand. Use your index finger for the first and the third string and your middle finger for your middle string. Very simple. Alright lets move on.
This next exercise is more than a good way to practice the movement with your right hand fingers. I will show you three different combinations and you will be using the ring finger, your middle finger, and your index finger. Okay you first combination is your index finger and middle finger and then the C major scale. Okay the next combination is your index and ring okay and finally all three fingers.
Okay this next exercise is probably the one that is hardest to learn but it is still pretty simple so I think you will be okay. This is our paggio… again. Okay use the index finger and the middle finger for the strokes for the first note.
