The pick stroke has to be in swing with the fingers of the left hand. When changing two nodes, you sift exactly at the same moment when the string is plugged.
If you shift too quickly, it sounds like this if you shift to late it sounds like this, which means in both cases you have two nodes instead of one. Right and left hands have to synchronize so that you hear one node at a time. Its most important that you don’t have a hold with the left or the right and damps the stings like this.

What we do when people..mmm..you know gets wreck, guitar and either run over or sat on or something happen.
I started off by repairing guitar as a teaching, when I first opened my shop 1983 and then hmm..
I actually manufactured guitar for ten years and then…mmm.. Just a situation where you could do both you could manufacture and repair the same time. But they just didn’t work.. So I had to choose one of the other. Making guitar is kind of actually bored because once I mastered it didn’t have the machine or everything to do the job right. It became really a cookie cutter and I kind of got bored with that. But still today the repairs are just anything all the time. Its still challenging most of making guitars was. His hand work is.. He is the master with the hand tools.
